Return & Refund Policy

At Daily Finds, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items or clearance products cannot be returned.

  • There is no restocking fee.

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@dailyfindson.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) paid during the original order are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

4. Exceptions

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error may not qualify for a refund.
